    Cancellation Policy

    Hi! Thank for booking with IYATA KINKY ROOTS! Please come with your hair clean and detangled ( unless you’ve book a wash). A 30% deposit is required to hold your spot, this goes toward your service, but it’non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hour before your appointment.
